General Terms and Conditions – Sensitiva AB
These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through Sensitiva AB’s website. By placing an order, you accept these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice.

2. Purchase and Order
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian approval. All orders become binding only after we have confirmed them. We reserve the right to refuse orders without providing a reason.
3. Prices and Payment
- All prices are stated in SEK or EURO, including VAT.
- We accept the following payment methods: [Card payment, Swish, Klarna, etc.]
- We reserve the right for possible typographical errors in price listings and have the right to cancel orders with obviously incorrect prices.
4. Delivery and Shipping
- The normal delivery time is 5 business days.
- We use the following shipping providers: [PostNord, DHL, etc.]
- The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We take no responsibility for shipments lost due to incorrectly provided addresses.
- If a shipment is returned to us because it was not collected, a return fee will be charged.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
According to the Distance Selling Act, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receiving the item.
For a return to be accepted:
- The product must be unused and in its original unopened packaging.
- The seal must not be broken.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and transport damage during return.
- Upon approved return, the purchase amount will be refunded excluding shipping costs.
6. Complaints and Warranty
You have the right to file a complaint about a product within three (3) years if it has an original defect.
The right to complaint does not apply if:
- The product is consumed or has normal wear and tear.
- The defect has occurred due to improper storage or use.
- The customer cannot prove the defect with image/video evidence.
- The product has been opened and used incorrectly.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sensitiva AB is not responsible for indirect damages, such as allergic reactions or improper use of the product. We do not guarantee that the product is suitable for all skin types.
8. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
In the event of a dispute between the customer and Sensitiva AB, Swedish law applies. The customer may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) for investigation.
